The Decoplage condominium is located at 100 Lincoln Road in the heart of South Beach area of Miami Beach, just a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean and a few minute-drive to world-famous South Beach. The Decoplage has incredible ocean, bay and city views and year-round bay and ocean breezes. South Beach has long been the desired location for celebrities, models and the "Rich and Famous". With the fabulous Art Deco architecture, trendy restaurants and clubs and the ocean just a few steps away, South Beach is the perfect location.
THE SPACE:
– Separate 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room area, washer & dryer, and balcony.
– Spacious 1490 ft² (138 m²) of living space.
– Ocean & City view with Northern exposure.
– Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs–to start you off (just as a hotel would).
– Entertainment amenities within the unit include multiple TVs, cable, high-speed wireless Internet.
GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in the wonderful amenities which include access to a pool with a beautiful ocean view, a sundeck, private beach area, grocery store, spacious gym, and valet.
GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
You are in THE prime location. Beachfront hotel. Walking distance from world-class shopping including Lincoln Rd., an array of restaurants, golf courses, clubs, and other nightlife, as well as outdoor attractions and water sports. Transportation options include: biking, taxi, public transportation & Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
– One complimentary parking spot available in the Valet. For additional cars, Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
– Pets are not permitted in this residence.
– Due to the time involved in the association approval process, for this property, bookings must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date.
– The association charges tenants a non-refundable application fee and an additional refundable security deposit. Funds are collected after booking has been made.
– Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
– We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
– There will be a mid-week clean of $230 plus tax required every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
– We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
