GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our villa you have access to remote-controlled features, wireless chargers, the heated pool, bay dock, and grill. Our home is yours while you are here.

GUEST SERVICES:
As a Casa Oleta guest, you are granted access to the community’s private beach with outdoor showers, a covered area, and a grilling station along with golf cart parking privileges.

GETTING AROUND:
Centrally located in Sunny Isles, you'll be within a quick drive to local restaurants and shops, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation & Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
– Parking space is available inside of our home. We recommend a car.
– No parties or events are permitted in this residence.
– Outdoor grill is available and can be used during your stay.
– 5-minute walk from a private white sandy beach
– Pets: Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $300 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Property owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
