    A one-of-a-kind omakase dining experience including bluefin tuna and caviar will be provided at the remote site from February 11 through February 14 at the cost of $365 per person. Start the evening with a complimentary glass of bubbly before indulging in delicacies like Japanese wagyu nigiri, bluefin tartare, chutoro taco, otoro uni, truffle temaki, and more.

    Longtime Byblos, a Mediterranean restaurant in Miami Beach, will charge a customer $300 for the restaurant’s tasting menu on Valentine’s Day. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a welcome drink and a bouquet of roses that will be placed at their table.

    Then, they will sit down to a dinner that features popular items from the menu, such as hamachi, truffle pide, lamb ribs, short rib kebabs, salmon, truffle rice, and Brussel sprouts.     Red Rooster is spreading the love this Valentine’s Day by offering a unique five-course Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu that can be enjoyed all weekend long for $85 per person. Start with a scallop Crudo, then go on to the sweetbreads with pistachio maafe (stew), grilled calamari, and asparagus.

    After the slow-cooked black bass, guests will be able to choose between a dry-aged duck breast, wagyu beef cheek, or lamb shank for two as the fourth dish. Finally, the meal is completed with “A Passion for Chocolate,” a suitably named dessert.

    Macchialina

    This Valentine’s Day, the little Italian trattoria Macchialina in Miami Beach will be offering a special four-course chef’s tasting menu for $125 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for $75 per person. The supper prepared by Chef Michael Pirolo is served in a family-style setting. It begins with culatello di zibello (mozzarella di bufala with pickled vegetables), followed by misticanza salad, and concludes with diver sea scallops served with a cauliflower puree, blood orange, and pistachio.

    The second meal consists of two different types of pasta: spaghetti topped with lobster and mezzaluna stuffed with taleggio cheese. The main dish is a New York strip steak that has matured for twenty-one days and is served with polenta, maitake mushrooms, and jus. Finally, the night will come to a satisfying close with the presentation of Pirolo’s unique dessert offering.
