The Biltmore Hotel and Spa and Golf
1200 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134
The 18-hole golf course at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables was designed by Donald Ross in 1926 and had a par of 71. Both right and left doglegs are prevalent on this course, contributing to the difficulty and making it a good fit for the University of Miami women’s team, which competes in this course. The par-three 17th hole is known for its island green surrounded by water on three sides.

The Soffer Golf Course at Turnberry Isle Miami

Robert Trent Jones built two 18-hole championship courses at Turnberry Isle Country Club. In 2007, Sr. Ray Floyd revised the courses. Nonetheless, he kept the most significant features of the original design. The Soffer Course is the longer and more challenging two golf courses at Turnberry, measuring over 7,000 yards from the back tees.
