Indulge in four dining options that include fresh & organic experiences. Habitat, the signature restaurant with a nature inspired dining area to help set the mood for indulgence of fresh, local, seasonal and sustainably sourced farm-to-table cuisine with an Award-winning Chef, Thanawat Bates. Watr at the rooftop -a sky-high restaurant that floats over the sea, with a Peruvian influenced Japanese cuisine menu. Neighbors - in the lobby, organic food that on the go using local ingredients and Drift - also in the lobby, offering a selection of local beer, wine on tap, seasonal cocktails, and a small plates. The Sandbox -located by the center pool, serving American Coastal dishes.   •  Our private concierge will be on premise to assist our guests with arrivals, departures, and any other requests they may have during their stay.

 

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Daily resort fee charged by the hotel of $35/day for rentals less than 30 days. Rentals over 30 days have access to all hotel amenities, resort fee is waived and valet for 1 car is complimentary.
  • Parking is Valet at regular hotel valet rate.
  • Stays of 6 days or more will require 1 mid-stay clean to maintain the quality of the unit unless traveling with your own staff.
  • LRMB provides private concierges service for additional desires like a private chef, maid service with breakfast, groceries, a day on the boat, tours, tickets, tables reservations or simply just advice on where to go and what to do.
  • The Management Company will require you to sign the terms & conditions within 48 hours of booking. The reservation will be considered pending until the contract is returned along with a copy of your identification and the CC used to book the unit.
