The charming and contemporary home features an open living room with walls of glass doors opening to a waterfront pool. Enjoy the comforts of home in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as a laundry room. First and second-floor master suites have king beds with Egyptian cotton linens. The villa has flat-screen TVs and internet access. Just a quick drive from restaurants, Lincoln Road, and the beach.

GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our villa you have access to the waterfront pool, sun deck, and grill. Our home is yours while you are here.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
Luxurious, quiet Islands off of South beach. Family-oriented, close to nightlife, clubs, plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include: biking, taxi, public transportation & Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
– This home is available for stays of 30 days or longer.
– Parking space available inside of our gated home. We recommend a car.
– Our Guest Services Agent will provide a Gate Remote to access the available front driveway for parking. Lost Gate Remotes will result in a $50 charge.
– No parties or events are permitted in this residence.
– Jacuzzi is available and can be heated upon request for an additional cost. Contact us for more information.
– Pets: Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $300 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Property owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
– There will be a mandatory mid-week clean required of $517.50 every 6 days to maintain the quality of the property. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
– We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
– We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
