GUEST ACCESS:

When you stay in our villa you have access to remote-controlled features, wireless chargers, the heated pool, bay dock, and grill. Our home is yours while you are here.



GUEST SERVICES:

Our private concierge will assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.



GETTING AROUND:

Centrally located in Sunny Isles, you'll be within a quick drive to local restaurants and shops, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.



OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

• Parking space is available inside of our home. We recommend a car.

• No parties or events are permitted in this residence.

• Outdoor grill is available and can be used during your stay.

• 5-minute walk from a private white sandy beach

• Pets: Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Property owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.

• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $625 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
