Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of plenty of restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs, shopping, local venues as well as attractions. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• One complimentary parking spot available in the valet. For additional cars, valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets; only dogs permitted and subject to approval at a $300 fee plus an additional deposit.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the property. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
