Fontainebleau 3505 is a spacious one-bedroom, two-bathroom residence offering elevated views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the resort’s iconic poolscape. With approximately 1,002 square feet of interior space and a northeastern exposure, the home feels bright and open throughout the day.
The layout includes a king bed in the primary bedroom and a full-size sofa bed in the living area, allowing flexibility for additional guests. Two full bathrooms add comfort and privacy, making the residence well-suited for extended stays. A fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer provide everyday convenience, while HD televisions, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet ensure seamless entertainment and connectivity.
As part of your stay, you may enjoy access to the property’s signature amenities, including expansive resort pools, direct beach access with white sand shoreline, a full-service spa, fitness center, and valet service available at the standard hotel rate.
A dedicated concierge team is available to coordinate arrivals and personalized arrangements from securing private chefs and grocery delivery to organizing yacht charters, dining reservations, and curated experiences throughout Miami.

For stays of six nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required every six days. Housekeeping services and the mandatory final cleaning are arranged directly through the hotel and billed separately. Dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees. • This is a privately-owned condominium unit located in the Tresor Condominium. This unit is not operated or managed by the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel. Guests of this residence are subject to all Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel rules and regulations and Tresor Condominium rules and regulations.• Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel. The rate for the mandatory final clean varies depending on the size of the residence and length of stay. Contact us for more information.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
