• Pets: We follow the condominium's rules regarding pets; only dogs permitted & subject to approval at a $300 fee plus an additional deposit.

• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.

• A mid-week clean is required every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. The funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
