The layout includes a separate bedroom with a king bed, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room designed for both relaxation and extended stays. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space for guests. Bathrooms are stocked with premium toiletries and hotel-style amenities, while smart TVs, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet ensure modern comfort and entertainment.
Guests staying at Roney Palace enjoy access to a wide range of resort-style amenities. These include the residence pool and additional access to the pools at 1 Hotel & Homes, direct entry to 600 feet of white sandy beach, the Bamford Haybarn Spa, and the well-known Anatomy Gym. Valet parking is available at the building, with one parking space included with the residence.

Please note that Roney Palace requires a minimum stay of 30 days. Reservations must receive condominium association approval prior to arrival, which includes signing a Florida lease and completing the required application and access fob process. Because of the approval timeline, bookings should typically be made at least three weeks before check-in. One valet parking space is included, and dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees.

• SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING.• All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking.
• One complimentary parking spot available at the Valet.
• The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
• DUE TO THE TIME INVOLVED IN THE ASSOCIATION APPROVAL PROCESS, THE APPLICATION MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING.
• Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.
• Pets: We follow the condominium's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
