We’re committed to your safety

The health and safety of our guests has always been our top priority. Adjusting with changing conditions, we have enhanced our cleaning and wellness protocols and guidelines so that you can enjoy your stay with comfort and confidence.

We are proactively working to ensure that our vacation rentals meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning.

Up-to-date with Latest Guidelines

We are actively monitoring the situation based on updates from the World Health Organization, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and will continue to respond based on the best advice of governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals. Currently all persons are required to wear face shield and/or mask and are provided upon request. Gatherings are restricted to 10 or fewer people.

Linens and Bedding

All linens, towels, and laundry are cleaned at a commercial grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen during transport. Extra towels and linens are being offered at no extra fee upon request to minimize interactions.

Clean & Disinfect

We clean, mop and dust before sanitizing. All high touch surfaces are disinfected and sanitized. All dishware and utensils are washed with boosted temperature and steaming sanitizer.

EPA-registered Cleaning Products

All our products meet EPA’s criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. Larger soap dispensers have replaced our smaller ones and antibacterial sanitizer bottles have been placed in each of our residences.

Quality Assurance & Maintenance

Same day check in’s will not be allowed in order to adequately clean residences. Properties are inspected for compliance with cleaning, safety and maintenance protocols prior to each guest arrival. To ensure the overall health, safety and quality of each property, a routine preventative maintenance is conducted. This includes testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers.

Additional Services for Your Comfort

For your convenience, we offer personal grocery shopping to eliminate any unnecessary interactions. Please speak with our Guest Relations Representative to assist you with your needs prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, we will also provide a list of local grocery stores and details regarding their delivery and pick up options.

Trained Professionals and Proper PPE Usage

Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and are required to wear protective masks, gloves, and uniforms when cleaning our residences.

Pets

The City of Miami Beach ordinance is restricting pets at this time.
