GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our villa you have access to the pool, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, and dock. Our home is yours while you are here.
GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
You'll be within a quick drive to the beach, local restaurants, and shops, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Parking space is available inside our home. We recommend a car.
• No parties or events are permitted in this residence.
• Outdoor grill is available and can be used during your stay.
• Pets: Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Property owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
