The first floor includes a versatile guest suite, while the second level offers spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath. The primary suite serves as a private retreat with a large walk in closet and a serene terrace overlooking the backyard. When you stay in our home you have access to the backyard, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and grill. Our home is yours while you are here.

Our private concierge will assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• 30-day minimum rental
• Parking is available on the driveway of our home.
• No parties or events are permitted in this residence.
• Outdoor grill is available and can be used during your stay.
• Pets: Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Property owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
