The layout includes one spacious bedroom with a king bed, complemented by a full-size sofa bed in the living area for additional flexibility. One full bathroom and a separate powder room provide added convenience for guests. The interiors feature a well-appointed living and dining area, along with thoughtful finishes that balance style and function. Bathrooms are stocked with quality hotel-style amenities, while LCD televisions, cable service, and high-speed wireless internet support both relaxation and remote work.
Residents enjoy access to the property’s signature amenities, including the oceanfront pool, dedicated beach service, spa, fitness center, and valet. Butler service is also available, enhancing the elevated experience associated with this address.

• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $225 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the property. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
