This is a private residence located on 23rd Street and Collins Avenue, right between the 1 Hotel and W South Beach. The Roney Palace sits oceanfront and in the lap of luxury.
THE SPACE:
Separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, washer dryer and balcony. 840 ft² (78 m²)
Ocean and Pool view. Faces: Northeast.
Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs- to start you off (just as a hotel would).
Entertainment amenities within the unit include LCD TVs, Bose sound, Cable, high-speed wireless Internet.

A luxury specialist meets all guests for arrivals and departures.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Parking is Valet at regular hotel valet rate.
If a pet is permitted, there will be a non-refundable $300 fee per pet, per stay and an additional refundable pet deposit required.
LRMB provides private concierges service for additional desires like a private chef, maid service with breakfast, groceries, a day on the boat, tours, tickets, tables reservations or simply just advice on where to go and what to do.
If you book online, LRMB will require you to sign the terms & conditions. The agreement will be sent to the email address under which the reservation was made.
The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival.
The Management Company will require you to sign the terms & conditions within 48 hours of booking. The reservation will be considered pending until the contract is returned along with a copy of your identification and the CC used to book the unit. The agreement will be sent to the email address under which the reservation was made.
Licensee acknowledges that although this rental unit may be located in, or physically connected to, a certain hotel, Licensee is renting a privately-owned residence, which is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with or by the hotel.
Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $175 every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
